The dustfree, portable high-pressure blast system with abrasive recovery and cleaning system, model HS-200-P-1, pneumatically operated, consisting of:
1. Mobile frame for suction system, silo and pot.

5. High pressure pot SC-1628Z with steep cone, working pressure 8 bars, TÜV approved, capacity approx. 40 litres, complete pipework, air inlet valve 11/4" RMS-1500, air outlet valve RMS-500, SA 11/4" abrasive metering valve and high pressure regulator. The suction silo and the pot is one unit.
Air consumption with 6,5 mm nozzle approx. 3m3/min. at 7 bars.
6. High pressure suction head complete with dust filter and dust collector, with pneumatically cleaned filter. Filter area: 8 m2.
Air consumption for suction head: approx. 4,3m3/min. at 7 bars.
7. Connection hose incl. control hose mounted on blast system.

10 m flexible, abrasive-resistent 2" rubber suction hose with coupling, blast head EDBH 90, blast nozzle SMR-4, flat and triangular brush-mouthpiece, 10m control hose, 10m blast hose 25 x 7 or 19 x 7 with coupling, nozzle holder and deadman handle RLX-II-ACS.
9. Pneumatic remote controls with dual function (blast and suction procedure or suction procedure alone).
10. Air inlet with air manifold and ball valve.
